This recipe is perfect for those cold days where you want something warm and comforting but you just can’t be bothered!
1 large chicken breast (or 2 small ones)
3 chicken oxo cubes
1 tsp Schwartz chicken seasoning
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 and 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp tarragon
Throw it all in the slow cooker (keep the chicken breast whole) and cook on medium for 4-5 hours or low for 6-7 hours. Shred the chicken with a fork (it will fall apart) before serving. I’m going to freeze the leftovers for emergency lunches. Let me know if you give this recipe a go!
