RECIPE: Marshmallow oaty cookies 

This recipe uses 1 healthy extra B and 2 Syns.  
35 g porridge oats
1 egg
1 tbs quark
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp caramel flavouring (I get this from tescos)
4 tbs sweetner
20 mini marshmallows 
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl, spoon the mixture out into even sizes on to some baking paper and bake at 180 for 15 minutes. The outer bits go crunchy and the middles are soft (like a good cookie should be) perfect with a brew at bed time!
