RECIPE: Syn free slow cooker teryaki chicken

Slow Cooker Teryaki chicken
2 Chicken Breasts
1 onion, thinly sliced
65ml soy sauce
3 bs sweetner
40ml rice wine vinegar (I used white wine vinegar)
1 clove of garlic
½ tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp ground ginger

  

1) Mix soy sauce, sweetner, vinegar, galic, pepper and ginger together

2) Add the onion and the chicken breasts
3) Put everything into the slow cooker
4) Cook on low for 6-8 hours
5) Take the chicken out of the slow cooker and shred
6) Transfer cooking liquid into saucepan and heat until sauce thickened. Add chicken back into the mix
7) Serve!
