4 chicken breasts
2 cups pasata
6 tsp peri peri seasoning (I use tescos own one)
- Mix the pasata and peri peri seasoning.
- Add the chicken to the peri peri/ tomato mix and leave to marinade (the longer the better but even as little as 20 mins will do the job)
- Transfer the chicken and tomato mix into a baking dish and bake on 180 for 25-30 minutes (depending on size of chicken breasts)
I served mine with roasted veg and butternut squash chips to keep it EESP friendly!
