RECIPE: Mint dressing (Syn free, EESP friendly) 

Perfect to go with chicken tikka salads or kebabs! 

Ingredients

1 tablespoon quark

1 tsp garlic

1 tsp dried mint 

1/2 tsp salt

Mix everything together and slowly add water until you reach the desired consistency (I prefer it a bit runnier so I can drizzle it!)
