35g Grape nuts (HEB)
- Mix the squash in with the grape nuts and leave for a couple of minutes, allowing the cereal to absorb the liquid
- Squish the mix into a SMALL pie tin (or ramekin) and smooth it all out
- Spray with frylite
- Bake for 20 mins on 180 or until golden brown (I prefer the bottom a little bit soggy but keep an eye on it, you don’t want it to burn!)
- Remove from the oven and fill with whatever you like! So far my fave is chopped strawberries in white chocolate flavoured quark with caramel sauce on top.
