This is one of my current fave breakfasts as it’s super quick and easy to prepare. I get it all ready the night before so I can grab and go the next morning!
35 g Post Grape nuts (healthy extra B)
2 heaped tablespoons quark
White chocolate flavouring (skinny syrup and myprotein do them, a sachet of white chocolate options tastes the same for 2 Syns) alternatively use 2 tsp vanilla flavouring
Sweetner (to taste)
- Spread the grape nuts into the bowl or pot you’ll be using (I use a killer jar from tescos)
- Mix the quark with the White chocolate flavouring (or vanilla) and sweetner, add 2 tablespoons of water and mix well
- Spread quark mix on top of the grape nuts
- Add the chopped strawberries
The grape nuts absorb some of the moisture from the quark giving a cheesecake base type of texture! The perfect pudding type breakfast!
