RECIPE: slow cooker Moroccan chicken (Syn free)

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts

1 chopped onion

1/2 chopped red pepper

1/2 chopped yellow pepper

1 can chopped tomatoes

2 teaspoons Moroccan seasoning (I use the Schwartz seasoning as its Syn free) 

I put everything in the slow cooker and leave for 4-6 hours, then I shred the chicken. If you find that the sauce is a bit watery, put a tea towel across the top of the slow cooker (over the top but under the lid)
