RECIPE: chicken curry (Syn free)


3 chicken breasts, chopped into chunks

1 Carton of pasata

1 onion

1/2 large courgette, chopped

Handful of mushrooms, sliced

1 red pepper, chopped

2 tbs tandoori curry powder

1 tbs medium curry powder

1 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp chopped coriander leaf

1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp sweetner 


  1. Soften the onions in a pan
  2. Add the chicken and peppers
  3. After 5 mins, add the pasata and seasonings
  4. Leave to simmer for about 20 mins with a lid on

I serve mine with cauliflower pilau rice and a boiled egg for a quick and easy tea the even the hubby will eat!!
