Ham and egg cups (syn free)Ingredients

4 slices of ham
2 eggs
Mushrooms, chopped (or other vegetables of choice)



Onion powder

½ tsp basil

1) Spray a deep muffin tin with fry light

2) Lay 1 ham slice in 4 of the muffin tray holes

3) Pre cook the vegetables if required. I microwaved the mushrooms for a minute or so just to make sure they cooked properly

4) Beat the eggs and add the vegetables and seasonings

5) Pour the egg mix into the ham-lined muffin cases

6) Bake on 180 for 15-20 minutes

I ate these cold and really enjoyed them but they are just as good hot
