RECIPE: ratatouille (Syn free)

This is my throw it all in the pan and leave with out worrying dish that I have as a side, or a base for pasta and sauces.


1 onion, chopped

1 pepper, chopped

1 carton of pasata

1 courgette, chopped

1 chicken or vegetable stock cube

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tsp herbs de Provence (or mixed herbs)

2 tsp minced garlic
Add all the ingredients to a baking dish and cook on low for 35-40 mins, stirring at least once.

This goes SOOO well with steak, it’s one of my favourite meals
