RECIPE: lemon oaty muffins (HEB)

Ingredients 

35g oats

1 egg

1 finely grated carrot

1.5 teaspoons lemon extract/ flavouring

5 Tbs sweetner 

2 tbs quark

  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Spoon into muffin cases (I normally get 6 smaller ones but you could do 4 big ones or a small loaf tin)
  3. Spray with Fry light
  4. Bake on 180 for 25 minutes
  5. Serve!
