Healthy extra: Alpro dark chocolate almond milk

How much as a healthy extra?

250ml as an A choice

Where can you get it from?

I get it from tescos, in the aisle with the long life milk and cereal, I think Asda does it too

What do you do with it?

• Chocolate porridge: make up porridge oats (HEB) with chocolate milk
• Syn free hot chocolate: warm it up in a milk frother or the microwave, add 1 tsp of salted caramel flavouring for salted caramel hot chocolate 
• Milkshake: add 2 scoops of walls light ice cream (1.5 Syns each) and a teaspoon of sweetner for a thick creamy chocolate shake
