RECIPE: Chinese chicken (Syn free) 

16 chicken wings, 8 chicken thighs or 4 breasts
125ml soy sauce
4 tbs sweetner
5 tbs white wine vinegar
2 tsp Chinese 5 spice 
2 teaspoons chilli powder
1 tbs crushed garlic

Mix the Chinese 5 spice, white wine vinegar, chilli powder, garlic, sweetner and soy sauce together in a bowl

Add the chicken and mix, make sure it’s thoroughly coated in the marinade

Pour everything into a baking dish, wrap in tin foil and leave to marinate (I left it over night)

Bake on 180 for 40 minutes

To keep this Syn free, I took the skin off the chicken, put in bake in the sauce and baked for another 5 minutes

I served mine with salt and pepper butternut squash chips and egg fried cauliflower rice (recipes here)
