RECIPE: Cauliflower pilau rice (Syn free & EESP friendly) 

Ingredients

1.5 cups of grated cauliflower (I throw it in the food processor) 

1.5 tsp diced garlic

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp sweetner 

  1. Put the cauliflower in a frying pan on a low heat
  2. Add all seasonings (you can use the Schwartz pilau seasoning instead as it’s also free and sp friendly) 
  3. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the cauliflower is softened, stirring regularly to stop it catching on the bottom Of the pan. 
  4. Serve!

This can be made in advance and reheated or eaten as leftovers the next day, it’s an ideal SP accompaniment for curries!
