Ingredients
1.5 cups of grated cauliflower (I throw it in the food processor)
1.5 tsp diced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp sweetner
- Put the cauliflower in a frying pan on a low heat
- Add all seasonings (you can use the Schwartz pilau seasoning instead as it’s also free and sp friendly)
- Cook for 15-20 minutes until the cauliflower is softened, stirring regularly to stop it catching on the bottom Of the pan.
- Serve!
This can be made in advance and reheated or eaten as leftovers the next day, it’s an ideal SP accompaniment for curries!
