RECIPE: Breakfast Bake (Syn free & EESP friendly)

For those days when your craving a cooked breakfast but don’t have time to be frying and cooking.
Ingredients (to serve 2)

½ can baked beans (P food)
½ can chopped tomatoes (S food)
5 chopped mushrooms
½ chopped onion
2 SW sausages
4 bacon medallions
1 tsp salt
½ tsp rosemary

1. Put everything in your cooking dish
2. This can be cooked in an oven dish for 20 mins on 180 or in a slow cooker for 4-8 hours.

3. Serve!

I serve this inside a microwaved pepper with scrambled eggs. It’s the perfect breakfast to reheat at work.
